Most items are in stock. If a purchased item is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time may be extended to 14 days. We will notify the customer immediately by email or phone.
Availability is indicated on each product page. For custom-made items, we provide delivery dates after placing an order or upon inquiry.
We ship all items paid by bank transfer or online payment immediately after the funds are credited to our account. Parcels are delivered by courier companies. Delivery time depends on the carrier, shipment type, and recipient's address. It usually takes up to 2 business days.
Please note: When paying by traditional transfer, the processing time is extended by the transfer processing time.
