2. Send a scan of the completed form to the email address: sklep@kr-poland.pl
3. Return the goods to the provided returns address along with the completed and signed returns form and a copy of the purchase document.

Right of withdrawal
1. A consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving any reason by submitting an appropriate written declaration within fourteen days in accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827)
2. The fourteen-day period within which the consumer may withdraw from the contract is counted from the date the consumer or a third party indicated by the consumer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods, and in the case of a contract covering multiple items that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts – from the date the consumer takes possession of the last item, batch or part. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send:
- a scan of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, by e-mail with confirmation of receipt to sklep@kr-poland.pl
or
- a written declaration of withdrawal from the contract by registered mail to the address KR POLAND Sp. z o. o., Stary Paczków 114 (Hala), 48-370 Paczków.
3. Pursuant to the aforementioned Act, returned goods must be in an unaltered condition, unless the alteration was necessary within the scope of ordinary management. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from their use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
4. The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the consumer in relation to a contract in which the subject of the provision is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet his individual needs, e.g. a rope made to order of a specific length and with a specific ending.
5. Goods must be returned to the Seller to the returns address provided by the Seller or another address indicated by the Seller based on a written instruction, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the purchase/sale agreement. Returning goods to the Seller's office address or an address other than the one indicated above is the responsibility of the Buyer. Goods returned to the incorrect address will not be accepted.
6. Returns are subject to written confirmation of receipt of the goods by the Seller. Along with the returned goods, the customer must return any goods/services received free of charge. This return also applies to any documentation received.
7. The packaging of Goods returned to the Store should be similar to that received by the Customer and consistent with the properties of the returned items, ensuring their integrity and integrity. If the Goods returned by the Customer show signs of damage, or if the shipment is tampered with, the Seller will take all necessary actions to determine the carrier's liability, including, in particular, drawing up a "shipment condition report." The Seller may refuse to accept the shipment, and the Customer may claim compensation for the damaged returned Goods from the carrier in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. After the Seller receives the returned Goods, a corrective invoice is issued and sent to the Customer.
